Since 1970, when L.W. Schneider, Inc. first opened its doors, our company has been owned and operated by the Schneider family.
Although the dramatic growth of our business has necessitated expanded facilities, more technologically advanced machining equipment and a considerably larger staff, we still operate our company by the same fundamental business principles that guided our founder, Lloyd Schneider, more than three decades ago. To our family, values like hard work, honesty, personal service, attention to detail and pride in a job well done are as relevant today as they were in the beginning.
